What is an AI employee?
An AI employee is a named job with a goal, models, skills, memory, a schedule, and a human approval gate. It is not a chatbot. You hire it, connect keys, run the job, and review work before anything is sent.
How is an AI employee different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a conversation. An AI employee is a job: it searches, writes, or drafts email, logs every step, and stops when something would be sent. You hire from a template (marketing, SEO, sales research, recruiting, support, research, or operations) or describe the job in one sentence.
Which AI employee should I hire first?
Start with Marketing if you want a weekday post pack, SEO if you want an article draft, or Research if you want a sourced briefing. Sales Research, Recruiting, Support, and Operations are the other ready-made jobs. Each template page lists what a run produces and what it will not do.
Can I use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Grok?
Yes, with your own key. OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google connect directly. OpenRouter is how you bind Grok, Kimi, DeepSeek, Qwen, Mistral, or GLM. Auto mode picks a current model for the role. You can still choose a specific model in Setup.
Is Any.win free?
Yes. Free includes 3 employees and 150 runs a month, templates, and your own model keys. The model provider bills those runs, not Any.win. Pro is $29 a month (2,000 runs, private employees, schedules, and $8 of model usage on our keys). Builder is $79 a month (10,000 runs, API keys, webhooks, and $20 of model usage on our keys). After that allowance, add your own key and the provider bills you.
How do I get started?
Create an account, hire from a template (Marketing is the flagship), then use the first-run card: add a model key, connect Gmail if the job drafts email, and click Run now. Approve the first pack on that brief, then turn on weekdays from the next card (Pro).
Which sign-in methods work?
Google or Microsoft. The first sign-in creates your workspace. Local development can use /dev-login. We do not offer email passwords, SSO, SAML, or SCIM.
Do I have to bring my own model keys?
On Free, yes. Every model call uses a key you add (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or OpenRouter), and that provider bills you. OpenRouter is how you bind Grok, Kimi, DeepSeek, Qwen, Mistral, or GLM. Pro includes $8 of model usage on our keys each month, and Builder includes $20. When that is used, add your own key to keep running. A run is not reserved if a bound model has no key.
Will Any.win post to LinkedIn or X for me?
No. The employee drafts the pack. You approve it, then you post. Gmail drafts by default; send only when the approved payload says send.
What happens when a run is waiting?
The employee brief leads with the pack. You can also open Approvals or the run. Approve executes that payload, then leftover plan steps. Reject stops the run. Nothing is sent. Approvals expire (default 48 hours).
Why is the schedule toggle disabled?
Schedules are Pro and Builder. Free workspaces still run manually. Downgrading to Free turns schedules off and does not delete employees.
What do the plans include?
Free: 3 employees, 150 runs / month, templates, BYO keys. Pro ($29): 2,000 runs, unlimited employees, private employees, schedules. Builder ($79): 10,000 runs, API keys, webhooks, higher limits. Billing is seats and runs, not token invoices.
How do refunds and cancellation work?
Cancel in Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not prorate unused runs. After cancellation the workspace returns to Free at period end.
Who can see a public employee?
Public pages are indexable and listed in the sitemap. Unlisted pages work with the link only and send noindex. Private is Pro+. Pages show name, goal, skill names, counts, last-ran date, the latest pack, and KPI targets — not your keys or KPI actuals. Forks never copy credentials.
Do you sell my data or show ads?
No. We do not sell personal information and we do not use advertising pixels in V1. Essential cookies keep you signed in. See Privacy and Cookies.
Are you SOC 2, HIPAA, or FedRAMP certified?
No. V1 encrypts keys, redacts secrets, pauses for approval, blocks private IPs, and keeps a run audit. We do not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or FedRAMP. A data processing addendum is at /dpa.
How do I delete my account or export data?
Edit or delete memory and knowledge in the app. Email [email protected] to request access, export, or account deletion. We remove or anonymize personal data within 30 days after deletion, except billing and abuse records we must keep.
A run says there is no API key, or the labor budget is spent.
Add the provider in Settings → Keys, then Run now. If a scheduled start failed for a missing key, the schedule already moved to the next slot. If the labor budget is spent, raise it on Outcomes. Continue and approval resume still work.
